My career has never followed a straight line — and that's not an accident. I've stepped into every kind of role, across every sector, and consistently ended up doing something much larger than the job description. At Hostbot I joined for marketing and became COO. At The Good Wild I arrived for campaigns and ended up leading global expansion. At valÜ I built an entire marketing function from nothing.

The pattern isn't inconsistency. It's a rare ability to see the full picture, identify the real problem — not the presenting one — and build clarity where there was noise.

I'm based in Amsterdam. I work globally. And I work with very few people at a time, because this kind of partnership only works when it's truly close.
